* 250 gram taoge, bersihkan
* 2 batang seledri, iris halus
* 2 batang daun bawang, iris halus
* 150 gram udang, cincang kasar
* 100 gram udang, tanpa kepala dan kulit
* 100 gram tepung terigu

Resep Bahan Adonan Bakwan Taoge :

* 150 ml santan cair/air
* 1/4 sendok teh soda kue
* 1/2 sendok teh garam
* 1/4 sendok teh merica bubuk
* 3 buah bawang putih, dihaluskan
* 1 butir telur, kocok sebentar

Cara Membuat Bakwan Taoge :

1. Campur semua bahan adonan, aduk bersama telur kocok sambil dituangi santan/air sampi terbentuk adonan yang licin. Masukkan taoge, udang, daun bawang, dan seledri.
2. Dengan api sedang, panaskan minyak cukup banyak. Celupkan sendok sayur cekung yang akan digunakan sebagai setakan. Angkat sendok setelah panas, isi dengan adonan, tambahkan 1-2 ekor udang utuh di atasnya, masukkan dalam minyak panas. Lepaskan bakwan dari sendok, goreng matang kecoklatan.
3. Angkat dan tiriskan.

* 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
* 1/3 cup hot water
* 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
* 1 clove crushed garlic
* 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
* 1 teaspoon sesame oil
* 1 dash chili sauce
* 12 ounces spaghetti
* 3 teaspoons chopped fresh cilantro

Directions

1. Place the peanut butter in a small glass, and add the hot water; stir with a fork until smooth. Mix in soy sauce, garlic, cream, sesame oil, chili sauce until smooth. Set aside.
2. Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water until done. Drain well.
3. Place the drained pasta in a bowl. Stir the reserved peanut butter mixture together again; add to the cooked pasta. Toss all together, and garnish with cilantro.
